As we approach the IOQM 2026 examination scheduled on 06 September 2026, we request your special attention and cooperation in maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, security and integrity throughout the examination process.

IOQM is a national-level examination, and the performance of every student must reflect their own ability and effort. It is therefore essential that the examination is conducted in a completely fair and controlled environment, with zero tolerance for any activity that may compromise the integrity of the examination.

• Question Papers remain strictly confidential and are not accessed, opened, photographed, copied or shared before the prescribed time.
• All examination materials are always kept secure and under authorised custody.
• No teacher, school staff member or any other person is permitted to assist, guide, prompt or provide answers to students during the examination.
• Any form of mass copying, prompting, signalling, communication between students or coordinated unfair practice is strictly prohibited.
• Students must not use mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, calculators or any other unauthorised electronic devices or materials during the examination.
• Seating arrangements and Question Paper versions must be followed strictly as prescribed. No deliberate alteration of seating or QP distribution should be permitted.
• Any suspected Question Paper leakage, unauthorised access to examination material, mass copying, teacher-assisted answering, impersonation, unfair means or any other irregularity must be reported immediately to the IOQM Control Room / Helpdesk.

The Principal / Centre In-charge is requested to brief all Invigilators and other personnel involved in the examination regarding these requirements.
